The only account system I currently have access to is the MB wiki profiles. If that's not what you mean, then I have no idea xD. If you're talking about the chatango chat, I'm guessing you logged in as a guest. Guests can't reuse the same name I think. Also if you said your Mine Blocks world were cleared, that's due to your cookies/cache being reset by either you, your browser, or some cleaning software on your computer.
